Applicable Products
First defined by the ASHRE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and
Air-Conditioning Engineers), the BACnet standard was then adopted by
European standards agencies. 'BACnet' stands for 'Building Automation and
Control networking protocol', the standard was primarily used in the area of
facility automation.
