Coupling between the control station and the Simadyn D control system is
realized with two protocol converters working in parallel. The protocol
converter and the control station communicate via the IEC 60870-5-101 protocol.
Communication in the direction of Simadyn D is implemented with the Sinec-H1 and the
proprietary Simadyn-D protocols.
