| ipRouteDialup offers the possibility to connect IEC 870-5-101
based RTUs, which normally only operate via leased lines, to a control
station via dial-up operation.
Several RTUs can be connected at the same time. The (balanced or
unbalanced) link layer procedure towards the RTUs is separated from the
procedure towards the control station.
RTU addressing is done via the ASDU address.
Any modem may be used for the dial-up connection.
Either ipRoute or ipConv may be used as the control system.
