Developed by the CEGELEC company, the HN Z 66-S-11/15, T63 protocol is used
for communication between SCADA systems and RTUs by the same vendor. It is based
on the HN Z by EDF (ELECTRICITE DE FRANCE).
Its HNZ-based link layer was implemented as a "Simplified
Master-Slave Transmission Protocol".
Several variants of this protocol that are mutually incompatible are
available, a clear definition of the required function scope is recommended.
