RP 570/571

  • The RP 570/571 was developed by ABB at the beginning of the nineties and enables the coupling of control stations and SPIDER substations. IEC-TC57 (IEC 60870-5-1) is used physical layer encoding, and the format employed is FT1.2.

The protocol is considered the successor of the ADLP-180protocol and is similar in its structure.
